Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Seal Repair Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing seals in industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair seals in air compressors, pumps, and other industrial equipment.
• Replace or repair worn or damaged seals, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance on sealing systems to prevent future failures.
• Work closely with clients to provide technical support and recommendations for seal-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in seal repair, preferably in the industrial equipment or air compressor industry.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair sealing systems.
• Knowledge of different seal types and their applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Relevant technical certifications or training is a plus.
