Are you a talented TypeScript Backend Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a B2C product business in North Rhine-Westphalia? We are actively seeking a skilled individual with expertise in either Node.js or Next.js, along with experience in cloud-based infrastructure, infrastructure as code, and automation testing. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using TypeScript and either Node.js or Next.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support B2C product functionalities.
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using modern tools and technologies.
• Write automated tests for backend services to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in backend development and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of professional experience as a TypeScript Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js or Next.js.
• Solid understanding of backend development principles, including API design, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Location: North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany (100% Remote)
