Construction Manager – Trenchless Infrastructure Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on large-scale infrastructure developments, where your expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of critical energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities on site

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards

• Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors and site teams

• Support the planning and execution of complex construction operations

• Monitor progress and drive efficient site operations

What We’re Looking For

• Background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar

• Micro Tunnelling is a big bonus

• Experience in trenchless construction, tunnelling, or heavy civil works

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Proactive mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control

• Ability to work in a collaborative, site-based environment
