SAP HCM Module Consultant – Drive HR’s Digital Future!

As an SAP HCM Module Consultant, you’ll be key to evolving our SAP HR systems. Join a dedicated team that tackles complex challenges together and sets new industry standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with our experienced SAP HR Core team to design and support exciting projects, like transitioning from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA with SuccessFactors Core Hybrid, and digitalizing HR processes.
• Analyze what our internal customers need, develop custom solutions, and put them into action.
• Focus on improving and optimizing our SAP HR systems, and provide 3rd level support.
• Act as a bridge between IT and HR, promoting communication and supporting innovative solutions.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear language for our partners, ensuring smooth communication.
• Drive the development of modern onboarding and hiring processes, creating efficient and future-proof HR solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A university degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or something similar, plus relevant professional experience.
• Experience as an SAP HCM Module Consultant. Customizing knowledge is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with agile working methods (like SAFe), and the ability to stay focused during challenging projects.
• Strong German and English skills, and ideally, some French.
