Service Engineer – Navigation Systems

We are seeking talented Service Engineers to join our team and play a crucial role in protecting people and the planet. As a Service Engineer – Navigation Systems, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of cutting-edge navigation systems on vessels worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Service & Maintenance: Perform on-site and remote service, maintenance, and repair of navigation systems.
• Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of new systems.
• Customer Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring their operations remain on track.
• Project Management: Manage service projects end-to-end, from initial request to completion.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Expertise in navigation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
