Director of Civil Engineering Works (f/m/d)
Location: Lausanne | Workload: 80-100%

Join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong track record in planning and delivering major infrastructure projects across energy, transport, and environmental sectors.

Your Role
You’ll take part in the development and management of large-scale civil engineering projects, from initial design through to completion. This includes preparing quotes and tender documents during the planning phase and overseeing execution during construction. You’ll work within a collaborative, motivated team supported by a network of technical experts.

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (EPF/HES) or qualification as a construction technician

• Strong character with excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Experience in cost estimation and pricing, or a strong motivation to develop in this area

• Excellent organisational abilities and understanding of public procurement processes

• Knowledge of German is an advantage
