I am currently looking for a Microsoft 365 specialist where your primary focus will be managing and supporting various Microsoft Cloud
Your primary focus will be on managing and supporting various Microsoft cloud technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, MFA and Intune to ensure compliance with LeasePlan's security policies. This includes relevant solutions and integration into the Cloud Services and Modern Workplace projects.
Help manage, maintain, enhance and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment and the broader Modern Workplace landscape across numerous workplaces (Laptops, Mobile, VDI, etc.) in accordance with governance best practices to ensure a secure, scalable and sustainable environment.
Act as a champion of Microsoft services in collaboration with the relevant support teams, change and approval team and service managers to ensure successful and efficient use and adoption of our technologies.
Collaborate with relevant project teams, internal forums and working groups to ensure return on investment for the technologies we introduce.
Maintain skills and knowledge in the modern workplace, keep abreast of the latest technical developments and trends, and communicate this knowledge to our internal forums and working groups.
Manage and update our forums for sharing knowledge on relevant topics.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar management or support role of Microsoft 365, Azure and EMS services.
Experience with the many components of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
Strong working knowledge of Teams and SharePoint.
Knowledge of Azure AD components such as Conditional access, SSO and MFA.
Experience with PowerShell automation.
Ability to work on own initiative and within a team, both face-to-face and virtually.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
