Job Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and contribute to the deployment of SuccessFactors solutions within diverse international settings.
• Extract and interpret organizational needs, converting them into detailed functional designs for the SuccessFactors platform.
• Tailor and adjust SuccessFactors modules to align with specific business operational requirements.
• Create and disseminate educational resources, and offer ongoing assistance to end-users.
• Execute system validation procedures and uphold data accuracy.
• Work in conjunction with project leadership and team members to guarantee timely and effective project completion.
• Administer continuous support and upkeep of the SuccessFactors platform.
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving SuccessFactors functionalities and industry standards.
• Enhance internal organizational proficiency and understanding of SuccessFactors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s level degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Verifiable professional history as a SuccessFactors Consultant, demonstrating a history of successful deployments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of core SuccessFactors modules, notably Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting, is essential.
• Proficient in analytical reasoning and problem resolution.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a capacity to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience operating within a globally distributed and culturally diverse work environment.
• Possession of SuccessFactors certifications is highly desirable.
