Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be a key player in the mission to drive forward ambitious wind energy projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from inception to completion, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure seamless delivery within budget and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management efforts, including project planning, scope definition, budget allocation, resource management, and risk assessment.
- Involved with all Geothermal projects.
- Collaborate with technical experts, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure project designs align with technical requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and milestones.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within scope.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management, highlighting key project metrics and areas needing attention.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, motivating team members to excel and innovate.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
