Title: Project Manager – HRIT / HCM (Fully Remote, US Citizens Only)

Location: Fully Remote – United States (US Citizens Only)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager to provide strategic and specialized project management support for top-tier clients in the HRIT and HCM space. This fully remote role requires US citizenship and offers the opportunity to lead complex projects while mentoring and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee teams of consultants and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specifications.

• Delegate tasks and assignments effectively based on expertise, experience, and timelines.

• Manage client relationships and project engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Deliver key project management deliverables, including project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.

• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Assess project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support project promotion and training.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company standards.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in HRIT / HCM environments.

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications are a must.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Ability to work fully remotely across US time zones.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
