Developer Relations Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Developer Relations Lead to drive the adoption and engagement of cutting-edge Zero Knowledge Proof (ZK) solutions within the blockchain ecosystem. This role is at the intersection of technical advocacy, community building, and education, ensuring that developers and projects have the resources and support they need to build with next-generation cryptographic infrastructure.

As a key technical voice, you will serve as a bridge between engineering, business, and the developer community, helping to shape the future of privacy, scalability, and interoperability in Web3.

What You Will Do

• Build and foster a strong developer community, driving awareness and adoption of ZK-powered solutions.
• Create technical content (blog posts, documentation, tutorials, and demos) to educate and onboard developers.
• Represent the company at hackathons, conferences, and workshops, engaging with developers and advocating for best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams integrating ZK solutions into their blockchain projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to align developer needs with company goals.
• Collect developer feedback to influence product decisions and improve the developer experience.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence in developer communities, forums, and social media.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Web3 development, DevRel, or technical community engagement.
• Strong technical background in blockchain, cryptography, and Zero Knowledge Proofs.
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with developer advocacy, creating educational content, and running technical workshops.
• Comfortable engaging with developers online and in-person, with strong public speaking skills.
• Hands-on experience with smart contracts, Layer 2 solutions, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong writing skills for technical documentation, blog posts, and tutorials.
• Proficiency in AI tools for technical documentation, content generation, and developer support.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools for code analysis, optimization, and debugging.
• Ability to leverage AI for market trend analysis, developer insights, and engagement strategies.
