Join and strengthen our Civil Engineering team. We manage, develop, design, and plan diverse infrastructure projects in the fields of civil engineering and construction, supporting them from initial design through to completion.

We are currently looking for a:
Civil Engineer EPF/HES – Infrastructure Project Manager (80-100%, m/f/d) – Lausanne

Your Tasks
– Join a multidisciplinary, skilled, and motivated team to deliver projects of regional importance in road and/or rail infrastructure.
– Take responsibility for the development and management of assigned projects, overseeing both technical and financial aspects while ensuring deadlines are met.
– Lead a small project team consisting of engineers and designers, with access to specialised expertise when needed.
– Integrate sustainable development principles into project planning, analysis, and execution.

Your Profile
– EPF/HES diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
– Solid project experience in road and/or rail infrastructure, ideally with project management responsibilities.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
– Fluent in French, with good oral and written communication skills.
– Independent, dynamic, and well-organised in your approach to work.
