Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (MSc) or PhD in Mechanical Engineering from ETH/FH, with a specialization in fluid dynamics, fluid mechanics, or process engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience working with turbomachinery, ideally with centrifugal pumps, turbines, turbo compressors, or wind turbines.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling.
  • Experience with CFD software, particularly Ansys CFX, is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong business communication skills in both languages.
  • A highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient personality.

Benefits:

  • A position with significant personal responsibility and influence on product development.
  • A diverse and technically challenging role.
  • Short decision-making channels and a flat organizational structure.
  • A stable, international family-owned business with a high degree of vertical integration.
  • The opportunity to contribute to advancements in environmental technology.
  • A healthy work-life balance.
  • Flexible working arrangements with a flexitime account.
  • Family-friendly work schedule options.
  • Competitive vacation policy.
  • Regular employee events.
  • Free parking and on-site canteen facilities.

Do you thrive in a dynamic international environment and possess a passion for developing innovative solutions in the field of pump technology? If so, we encourage you to apply!
