What You’ll Do

Our client is looking for experienced and innovative SAP Consultants to help organizations unlock their digital potential and drive transformation. In this role, you will work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs, designing and implementing solutions that optimize financial and operational processes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, manage teams, and contribute to the development of SAP best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business and technology requirements to design SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live and rollout.
• Advising clients on finance and controlling (FI/CO) processes and implementing SAP solutions that drive efficiency.
• Managing SAP configuration and customization, ensuring solutions are scalable and cost-effective.
• Supporting large ERP/SAP transformation projects, including technical concept development, testing, and training.
• Providing expertise in end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Leading and mentoring teams while managing key client relationships.
• Assisting in business development efforts by contributing technical expertise to proposals and client discussions.
• Driving innovation and thought leadership in SAP solutions by participating in industry events and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• A Master’s degree in a STEM-related field with strong academic performance.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP ERP transformations or SAP business process consulting.
• Expertise in SAP FI/CO with hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its application across finance, procurement, logistics, and HR.
• Experience in implementing SAP industry solutions (e.g., IS-U, IS-H, IS-M) or specialized SAP add-ons (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management).
• Familiarity with SAP analytics tools such as SAP BW/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to design and implement SAP solutions tailored to client needs.
• Experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in EnglishDutch and French language skills are a plus.
