Position: Compressed Air Service Technician
Location: Silicon Valley, CA (San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont & surrounding areas)
Pay: $50.00 – $65.00/hr (based on experience and certifications)

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and experienced Compressed Air Technician to join a team that values skill, hustle, and integrity. You’ll be working hands-on in the field, maintaining and repairing air compressor systems that power some of the most advanced operations in Silicon Valley.

Our clients include major manufacturers, machine shops, and high-tech facilities that can’t afford downtime.

What You’ll Do

• Handle routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults with confidence

• Show up sharp, solve problems fast, and represent the company with pride

• Rotate into the on-call schedule to cover emergency service when needed

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 3 years of real-world experience servicing air compressors

• Mechanical know-how and electrical troubleshooting skills

• A strong work ethic, good attitude, and accountability

• Valid driver’s license and clean record

Bonus if You Have:

• Factory training from top brands (Kaeser, Atlas Copco, Quincy, Ingersoll Rand, etc.)

• Experience with compressor controls or PLC-based systems

What You’ll Get

Schedule
