Day - to Day:
Communicate with HR colleagues
Taking input designing process
Communicating with architect
Understand security Operations
Converting discussion output from workshop to user stories (using JIRA)
Role is similar to that of a product owner role (from scrum perspective)
Working on Customer Journeys
Working to 2 upgrades per year
Must Have Experience:
- Completed at least 1-2 Epics projects within the HR-SD module (1-2 years' experience minimum)
- Acted as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within HR-SD (1-2 years)
Nice to Have:
- Experience using newer versions of ServiceNow
- Document Management
- Based in Germany and able to travel
Working Culture/ Personality Fit:
Able to work effectively with Developers, Architects, and both HR and IT collectively
