Quality Management

Role Overview:

  • QA/QC System: Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA/QC management system.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure projects and products meet QA/QC standards.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously support quality improvement processes.
  • Quality Assurance Plan: Define standards, inspections, and testing for plants.
  • Reporting: Ensure real-time quality reporting.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage NCRs, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
  • Project Support: Provide QA/QC support during sales and execution phases.
  • Coordination: Oversee QA/QC topics across divisional projects.


  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Quality Management, with EPC projects and international experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in QA/QC management, contract and non-conformity management, and knowledge of electrolyzers and petrochemical plants.
  • Qualifications: Ideally, Health, Safety & Environmental qualifications and certified auditor.
  • Languages: Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Attributes: Reliable, accurate, independent, with strong communication and organizational skills.
