About: This global business is implementing D365 CRM From scratch, migrating from an existing platform. This is a global implementation, requiring a team of CRM Experts to deliver in full.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on CRM transformation projects
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, ideally involving migrations from other platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both operational teams and senior decision-makers
- Located in Luxembourg or commutable distance
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
