HR IT Consultant

Are you a content-driven, enthusiastic, and curious professional who wants to help organizations optimize and automate their HR processes? We are looking for a consultant who can act as a key link between clients and technology, delivering solutions that align with their unique needs.

What you’ll be doing:

As an HR IT Consultant, you will serve as a bridge between the customer and the system. You’ll gather and translate their requirements into solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Extensions.

You will be involved in a range of challenging projects, taking responsibility for delivery while having a team of colleagues to support you when needed.

During your initial period, you will be trained in specialized SAP SuccessFactors Extensions – such as solutions for contract generation, digital personnel files, sickness and absence, Gatekeeper Improvement Act, and flexible employment conditions. A colleague (your “buddy”) will guide you through this process.

For each new consultant, a mentor is assigned to help you find your way and grow in your role. There’s plenty of room for knowledge sharing, mentoring and collaboration with teammates.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Higher professional or academic education (HBO or University level)
✅ At least 2 years of relevant work experience
✅ Experience with implementing and/or managing HR IT systems
✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative
✅ Strong social and communication skills – comfortable interacting with both clients and colleagues
✅ Customer-oriented, motivated, and results-oriented
✅ Continuous drive to learn and grow
✅ Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient English (B2)
✅ Willingness to travel when required

➥ € 3,000 – € 4,000 (gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek and experience)
