Are you keen to revolutionize business processes and drive digital transformation? We are seeking talented individuals to join as Business Process Manager (BPM). As an IT agency hired by our client, we are actively searching for both permanent and freelance BPMs to shape the future of process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hyper-automation streamlining: Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Process Mining to optimize business processes.
- Low code/No code development: Utilize code-free platforms with drag-and-drop functionalities to accelerate process improvement and automation.
- Intelligent BPM implementation: Embrace process intelligence tools, including Process Mining, Task Mining, Digital Twins of an Organization (DTO), and Intelligent Business Process Modeling, to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations and increase productivity.
- Process analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to identify process bottlenecks, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with hyper-automation technologies, including RPA, AI, and process mining.
- Proficiency in low code/no code development platforms.
- Experience setting up SIPOC diagrams.
- Familiarity with intelligent BPM concepts such as process intelligence, digital twins, and process analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
