Job Description:
We are looking for an All-round Maintenance Engineer with a background in measurement and control technology, electrical and instrumentation (E&I), calibration, and/or mechanical engineering. If you have expertise in only one of these specializations but are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Key Activities:

Problem Analysis & Maintenance:
- Analyze issues, resolve malfunctions, perform measurements, assess results, and maintain mechanical, metrological, and electrical components in our pharmaceutical production environment to ensure optimal performance in line with GMP requirements.

External Contractor Supervision:
- Supervise and monitor the work of external companies performing maintenance tasks on various installations.

Calibration:
- Perform calibrations for parameters such as temperature, pressure, weight, flow, pH, and conductivity.

Inspections & Equipment Setup:
- Conduct NEN inspections and set up measurement and control equipment.

Work Preparation:
- Select appropriate measuring equipment and materials, prepare necessary documentation, and research and select equipment and materials for orders.

Administrative Tasks:
- Handle work permits, orders/tickets, enter calibration data in SAP, and manage time registration for maintenance activities.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical advice in specific fields to various departments including the project department, internal maintenance and calibration teams, and internal customers.

Mechanical Work:
- Carry out mechanical tasks such as installing (control) valves, electric motors coupled to agitators, pumps, etc.
Job Requirements:

Education:
- Completed MBO training in electrical engineering and instrumentation, measurement and control technology, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Calibration.

Experience:
- Work experience in E&I, measurement and control, calibration, and/or electrical engineering.
- Experience with PLCs, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, and/or electrical engineering.
- Experience in setting up, testing, and installing measuring and control equipment, including transmitters, frequency controllers, (control) valves, electric motors coupled to agitators, pumps, etc.

Industry Experience (Preferred):
- Experience in process technology, petrochemicals, food, and/or pharmaceutical industries. Familiarity with GMP and/or ISO regulations is a plus.

Skills:
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
- Customer-oriented and collegial, with a willingness to support colleagues beyond your immediate team.
- Proactive and positive in responding to challenges.
- Ability to work with initiative and independence.

Our Offer:
- You will start on the basis of a six-month secondment, after which you will receive a contract.
