We are searching for a Project Manager/Product Owner with a background in Embedded Software Development to spearhead the development of Embedded Software Devices for the Medical Device Industry. My client's offices are based just outside of Zurich.

As a goal-oriented with in-depth technical expertise, you will plan and oversee the development and implementation of firmware and software in a regulated environment for medical technology applications. As an experienced team member, you are responsible for project management for the implementation of firmware and software in the required quality and in accordance with the development process.

Your area of ​​responsibility includes:

• Recording the technical requirements of customer inquiries
• Planning of firm/software development projects taking into account the technical, financial and deadline goals
• Negotiations with customers and presentation of results
• Coordination and communication internally and with customers
• Independent management of your projects, management and motivation of the development team, taking into account the required processes and goals
• Implementation of new technologies and implementation methods

Requirements:

• Technical university degree (FH/ETH) and several years of experience in embedded software/firmware development
• Several years of experience in project management and cooperation in interdisciplinary teams
• You are curious and always looking for new ways to improve your efficiency and skills, resp. to expand
• You are used to working in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment and act as a competent contact person for employees and customers
• You are interested in developing in a regulated environment (IEC 62304).
• You communicate fluently in German and have good knowledge of English

A plus is:

• You have technical expertise in the field of medical software and firmware (IEC 62304)
• You already have some experience in agile development
