Position Overview: As a Product Manager specializing in Industry 4.0 and Hydrogen Pressure Tanks, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our hydrogen pressure tank products, from conceptualization to commercialization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the hydrogen pressure tank market.

Industry 4.0 Integration:
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to integrate Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, data analytics, and automation, into our pressure tank products to enhance performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging Industry 4.0 trends and technologies, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation.

Product Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new hydrogen pressure tank products, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to design, testing, and production.

Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and applications for our hydrogen pressure tank products.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and industry insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful market penetration and adoption.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate product updates, status, and strategy to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, monitor performance, and identify areas for optimization.
- Iterate on product features and functionalities based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in product management, preferably in the hydrogen technology, clean energy, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in manufacturing and product development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of hydrogen storage technologies, pressure vessels, and regulatory standards is a plus.
