For a large logistics company we are currently seeking a talented Servicenow Consultant. As a Servicenow Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering technology projects using the Servicenow platform. You will work closely with our IT and business teams to understand requirements and design, implement and configure solutions using Servicenow. You will also ensure that Servicenow processes and solutions align with our IT strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

· Design and implement solutions using Servicenow to meet business requirements.

· Analyze, configure and customize Servicenow modules as required.

· Manage integration of Servicenow with other systems.

· Ensure alignment of Servicenow solutions with IT strategy and objectives.

· Provide guidance to IT and business teams on Servicenow capabilities and best practices.

· Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Servicenow solutions.

· Document technical requirements, design and other project deliverables.

· Stay current on Servicenow and related technology trends and developments.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in Servicenow implementation and customization.

· Experience with Servicenow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, etc.

· Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Servicenow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred is a plus.

Offer

You can work fully remote but you need to live in the Netherlands.
