To support the evolution of their newly structured IT department, they are seeking a driven IT Application Manager (80-100%) to join their team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational stability and performance of the company’s IT application ecosystem, with a primary focus on the SAP S4/HANA environment.
• Conduct thorough error analysis, troubleshoot issues, and implement maintenance and optimization strategies in collaboration with internal teams and external IT partners.
• Manage requests and changes effectively, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to and coordinate various IT projects, driving successful outcomes.
• Play a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of the application landscape.
• Create comprehensive documentation, provide support to IT personnel, and deliver training to key users.

Your Qualifications:

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in the operation and support of enterprise-level applications.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S4/HANA. Familiarity with other applications such as CRM, SuccessFactors, Windchill, and EDI is highly desirable.
• A fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure, including its interaction with applications, IT architecture, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Fluency in both German and English is a must.
• Applications from outside of the EU will unfortunately not be considered.
