  • Ensure consistent opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline across the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, operations, and other commercial teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Review and approve quotes, contracts, and orders while maintaining strong governance of the post-sales process.
  • Oversee the use of CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems to drive visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Demonstrated success leading and developing sales teams and driving profitable growth.
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business, management, engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term value creation.
  • Confidence in taking calculated risks while managing complexity and change.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

What We Offer

  • A culture centered on continuous improvement, openness to change, and constructive feedback.
  • Ongoing leadership development, training, and global career opportunities.
  • A strong commitment to employee safety, health, and well-being.
  • A competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
