ServiceNow ITOM Architect – Europe & US Expansion

A rapidly growing Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner is expanding across Europe and the US and is seeking a ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Architect to join the team in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ITOM suite engagements across presales, design, and implementation phases.
• Drive full lifecycle ITOM implementations (minimum three), specializing in Configuration Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ensure CMDB integrity, relationships, hierarchy, health dashboards, and adherence to the CSDM framework.
• Provide expert guidance on third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
• Leverage ITSM knowledge to demonstrate the value of an integrated Service Operations approach.
• Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Lead customer workshops to define ITOM requirements and implementation roadmaps.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring technology meets business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with deep ITOM expertise.
• Strong ability to translate theoretical ITOM concepts into practical, value-driven solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Technical background in Networking, Unix/Linux, Windows, or other IT domains.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
