What You’ll Do
As a BIM Modeler, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the buildability of complex infrastructure projects. Working within a structured BIM approach that spans design, construction, on-site coordination, and operations, you’ll contribute to projects through detailed 3D modeling and digital design.

Using tools like Revit, you’ll transform design sketches into fully detailed, information-rich models. Your involvement spans from the early design phase through to project execution, ensuring a smooth and data-driven transition across all project stages. Techniques such as 4D modeling, laser scanning, and even drone-based surveying may form part of your toolkit.

Beyond modeling, you’ll provide guidance and support to colleagues on the effective use of BIM tools and methodologies. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, design leads, work planners, and BIM coordinators-making your input integral to the success of each project. The role offers both freedom and visibility: you’ll see your models come to life in the real world.

Your Profile

• Completed MBO/HBO education in Civil Engineering

• Strong interest in infrastructure and digital construction

• Clear and confident communicator (preferably fluent in Dutch and English)

• Motivated to grow professionally in the field of BIM
