Development Engineer Project Lead

My client is a global innovator and manufacturer of Linear Motion and Actuation solutions used in industrial automation, automotive assembly, medical and mobile machinery.

You could join them as a Development Engineer / Project Leader, where you could:

• lead the development of new linear actuation solutions, from the initial concept to the final product
• be the main point of contact for all product development projects in the mobile machinery sector
• be responsible for managing the backlog of design projects for selected global projects
• provide technical support, answer questions, and help to resolve problems
• be responsible for working with development, sales, and manufacturing teams worldwide
• earn up to 120,000 CHF

About you:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (ideally with a design engineer qualification)
• 4+ years of experience in design and project management
• Good knowledge and experience with Creo
• Project development skills
• Proficient usage of analytical calculation methods for mechanical safety calculations of components
• Good communication skills, fluent in German and English (able to collaborate in international project teams)
• You enjoy working together in a team and working out innovative solutions
