Role Overview

As a Senior UKG Pro Solution Consultant, you will partner with elite enterprise clients to gather requirements, design and configure tailored UKG Pro solutions, and lead them through full-cycle implementations. Leveraging your deep understanding of workforce management and HR technology, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor-translating business needs into optimized technical solutions and ensuring seamless system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG Pro, providing strategic guidance and best practices.

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client requirements, document workflows, and evaluate customization needs.

• Design, configure, and implement UKG Pro solutions that align with business objectives and project scope.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful delivery of developed solutions.

• Troubleshoot application-level issues and propose effective resolutions.

• Lead client meetings and project updates; maintain alignment with project management and key stakeholders.

• Produce detailed documentation throughout the implementation process.

• Stay current with UKG product enhancements and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro (UltiPro) solutions.

• Hands-on experience with one or more UKG modules; WFM experience highly desirable.

• Proven expertise across the full implementation life cycle – from discovery to go-live.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated success in client leadership, expectation management, and conflict resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% if required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (client requirement).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with SQL, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), or data interface design.

• Background in Kronos Advanced Scheduler configuration and customization (Retail/Healthcare).

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS areas such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Leave, and Entitlements.

• Exposure to international implementations or multi-country workforce environments.
