Our client, a pioneering medical device company in neuromodulation therapies, is seeking a Clinical Communications Specialist to support both their Marketing Communications and Clinical teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping communication strategies for groundbreaking clinical studies and thought leadership in the field of migraine treatment.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for crafting educational content, supporting clinical study communications, and helping to position our client as a leader in the neuromodulation space. If you have a background in both science and communication-and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment-this role is perfect for you!

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Develop and manage educational materials for clinical studies, patients, and healthcare professionals (e.g., leaflets, website content, videos, and training resources).
• Oversee clinical newsletters, scientific posters, and congress presentations.
• Organize events such as seminars and workshops while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Create engaging content to position our client as a leader in neuromodulation and migraine treatment.
• Translate complex scientific topics into clear, impactful messaging for various platforms, including social media.
• Support marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across communication channels.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in a scientific or medical-related field, with strong interest or experience in communication.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in scientific communication, marketing, or a related field within medical devices, healthcare, or neuromodulation.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
