Director, Managed Services – UKG (HCM/WFM)

Overview:
I’m partnering with a fast-growing HR technology and consulting organization that is seeking a Director of Managed Services to lead and scale their UKG practice. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic thinker ready to drive client success, operational excellence, and practice profitability across UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, and UKG Ready platforms.

This role is perfect for an executive with deep experience in HCM, payroll, and workforce management technology services who wants to build a client-centric, results-driven Managed Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for UKG Managed Services.

• Own P&L, utilization, and SLA performance to ensure growth and profitability.

• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

• Oversee delivery of post-Go-Live support, payroll continuity, release management, and platform optimization.

• Lead and develop a global team of functional and technical UKG experts.

• Champion automation, AI-driven support, and analytics-enabled managed services innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years in HCM, payroll, or WFM technology services, including 7+ years on UKG platforms.

• 5+ years leading Managed Services, AMS, or BPO teams with P&L responsibility.

• Proven track record of scaling practices, driving client retention, and delivering SLA excellence.

• Strong client relationship skills and executive presence.

• Expertise in multi-state/multi-country compliance, integrations, and reporting.
