Logistics Coordinator
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Reporting to: PMO Controller / Director of Project Management

Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating travel and material logistics for installation teams and project sites. This role provides centralized logistical support, enabling installation managers to focus on on-site execution while ensuring travel arrangements and project materials are planned, tracked, and delivered on time.

The position may also support general office and operational activities for the Amsterdam office as required.

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Personnel Logistics

• Arrange and coordinate flights, accommodations, rental vehicles, and related travel for installation teams based on project requirements.

• Ensure travel plans align with project schedules, budgets, and internal policies.

• Maintain visibility of travel itineraries and respond to last-minute changes or disruptions.

Material & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate and track shipments from internal locations and external partners to project sites.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively flag potential delays or issues.

• Support installation managers with logistics execution while overall project accountability remains with the project team.

Office & Operational Support

• Provide day-to-day office and administrative support for the Amsterdam office as needed.

• Assist with vendor coordination, office supplies, and general operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in logistics, travel coordination, operations, or a similar support function.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in an international, project-based, or fast-paced environment preferred.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
