Our Temporary Workforce solutions division is our most profitable and fastest growing division. We specialise in hiring contractors within Enterprise Systems, Software Engineering, Renewable Energy and Life Sciences.
With established Life Sciences divisions in Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium we are now looking to further expand our Life Science offerings in Switzerland in addition to the already well established Technology division.
The role:
As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be responsible for growing our Swiss Life Sciences division from the ground up. This will be a Sales lead role focused on securing new clients and leveraging relationships from existing customers in other regions that we already operate in. In addition, you’ll be responsible for building a team of Sales and Recruitment staff to further develop our client portfolio and service client contractor hiring needs across Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Devices projects.

Your profile
- Previous experience in a Sales (Not just Sourcing/Recruiting) role within STEM recruitment, preferably Life Sciences
- Worked in a Management or Senior/Principal consultant role before
- Motivated to worked in a lead sales / business development role
- Strong track record of on boarding and developing new clients
- Ambition to become a leader within a successful global STEM recruitment business
- Strong communication skills in English. Fluency in German, French or Italian would be highly beneficial but is not essential for this role
