Your role:
You will be working as an Application Manager/IT Specialist. You will be the support when customers are new and need consultative advice/information about the hospital. You will be using the software and setting up rights and organisation units and explaining how to use them.
Your profile:
- At least 3 years' experience working with software and IT.
- Experience working within Swiss hospitals.
- Some requirements engineering experience.
- Ability to be Consultative and help with customer care.
- Be the person to go to for IT and customer support.
- Understand Clinical information systems.
- Speak fluent German and Good English and understand Swiss German
