Our esteemed client, the Netherlands' Telecommunication is on the hunt for a top-tier ServiceNow Principal to be the driving force in their mission to connect everyone to the digital world, and foster inclusively. What will you do:
- Leading and fostering a diverse team with varying personality and skillsets
- Staying updated on technological advancements
- Leveraging extensive expertise and demonstrating strong leadership.
What will you Bring?
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concept and practices within ServiceNow platform
- Profound understanding of ServiceNow's CMBD and proven track record of implementing and adhering the best practices for maintaining accurate and up-to-date configuration data
- A strong command of automation within the ServiceNow platform, encompassing workflow automation, business rules creation, and scheduled job management.
- Data Model and schema, including mastery of table structure, relationship and data manipulation techniques.
- ServiceNow Integration Expertise: Proficiency in ServiceNow integration capabilities, encompassing REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server configuration, and the ability to seamlessly integrate with external systems.
