Job Title: SAP GRC Localization Consultant
Location: Warsaw, Poland (On-site 2 days per week)
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP / April

Project Overview

Our client is initiating a critical SAP GRC Localization workstream to ensure regulatory compliance, control optimization, and market-specific functional enhancements across the Polish entity. You will join an established SAP programme and collaborate closely with Security, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GRC localization activities for Polish regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Configure, enhance, and validate GRC Access Control and Process Control components.
• Support audit readiness and implement local control frameworks.
• Translate local legal/compliance requirements into SAP configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated end-to-end compliance.
• Support documentation, testing, and change management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of SAP GRC experience, with strong exposure to localization.
• In-depth understanding of Polish regulatory/compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on configuration skills in SAP GRC AC/PC.
• Proven experience in international SAP programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Must be based in Poland and available for on-site work in Warsaw (2 days/week).
