This is an opportunity to join a HR revolution. A trusted partner in digital transformation is seeking a skilled SAP Success Factors Consultant Developer to join to be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge HR solutions, leveraging the latest SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on Employee Central.
  • Provide expert consulting services, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Employee Central.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors and HR technology.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent configuration and customization skills in SuccessFactors.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German (C1+ level).
