A growing industrial equipment service organization is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to support customers across the Tulsa region. This role suits a junior-level technician who wants structured technical development, long-term career progression, and formal training on modern compressor technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial and portable air compressor equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and component testing
• Conduct on-site customer visits throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area
• Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to safety and driving standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the organization effectively

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
• Experience with air compressor systems or transferable trades (e.g., HVAC)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet clean driving record standards

Training & Development

• Structured technician onboarding program
• Access to specialist, instructor-led technical training at a dedicated compressor training facility

Compensation

• $35+/hr DOE base salary
