Position Summary:
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and oversee the service operations for our air compressor business. This role involves managing the service team, ensuring efficient maintenance and repairs, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and train service technicians and support staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top-level service and addressing concerns or complaints.
• Operations Management: Schedule and allocate resources for maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensuring service deadlines are met.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of spare parts and tools needed for service operations.
• Budgeting: Manage department budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and industry regulations.
