The Role
We’re looking for a Product Analyst to act as the key bridge between business and technology, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, well-defined, and delivered effectively.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, and Project Managers across multiple countries and time zones. Your focus will be translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and supporting delivery teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
Reporting into the Technical Team Lead, you’ll contribute across one or multiple initiatives within a fast-paced, Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements, assessing value, impact, and ROI
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, business rules, and wireframes
- Perform impact analysis and identify dependencies across systems and teams
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Support QA and Test teams with test strategy definition and requirement validation
- Review the functional impact of technical decisions and solution designs
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to drive alignment and decisions
- Resolve requirement-related conflicts and support prioritisation
- Contribute to the Business Analyst / Product Analyst Community of Practice
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives)
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Technical Skills
- 4+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role
- Strong experience writing functional specifications and user stories
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Proven stakeholder management experience in matrix or project-based environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
- Familiarity with eCommerce or content platforms is a plus
- Good understanding of IT service delivery and project management practices
- Comfortable working in technology-led environments
- IIBA certification is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confident working with international, multicultural teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving Agile environment
