About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of Belgium based projects.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing building management (BMS) projects of various sizes, and is required to provide support and tasking direction to the project BMS technicians and sub-contractors.

This Project Manager role will consist of: Material procurement, resource planning, communicating with sub contractors, customer facing with client, organising design phase, creating schedules, chasing deadlines, co-ordinate commissioning after install, handovers, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remote BMS projects across Europe, coordinating site surveys and design preparation.
• Oversee local subcontractors and ensure project data is correctly managed (e.g., SharePoint uploads, reporting, delivery planning).
• Drive timelines, manage stakeholders, and maintain quality standards across a large number of smaller-scale BMS installations.

Required Experience

• Senior Project Manager role
• Some knowledge of how HVAC and Building Management Systems are working
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills / able to work independently and bring order to complex delivery environments.
• Languages: English (mandatory), Dutch (bonus), French (bonus)
