Position: Senior Software Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced SPM imaging and nanoscale characterization tools.
• Work in an agile environment with high personal responsibility and self-organization
• Plan, manage, and execute projects.
• Develop software that supports various advanced instruments.
• Enhance ease of use by using smart algorithms and improving UI/UX
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or similar, but we're more interested in your skills than your education.
• Proficient in C++14/17/20 like a ninja
• Familiar with UML and object-oriented design patterns like the back of your hand
• Experience with data structures and algorithms fundamentals because you don't mess around.
• Experience with communication protocols
• Strong communication skills and social skills because you're not just a robot.
• Fluent in English, German is a bonus.
• Passion for nanotechnology and Scanning Probe Microscopes,
