Lead of Digital Data Analytics

NB: For this position we are only considering candidates already located within the Netherlands, with an affinity for the Dutch language.

I'm looking for a versatile analytical head that can build a data strategy, oversee data quality, governance and security for the Digital department and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead projects end-to-end, define and implement new ways of using data, including Generative AI and be the link between IT and commercial departments to drive data initiatives that can lead to the business's success.

Main expectations for the role are:

• 8+ years' experience in Data Analytics, BI and AI
• Experience in a commercial, digital or supply chain related field
• Expert in Data Visualization and Data Science preferably with Azure Cloud
• Proven experience in building sustainable data strategies.
• Strong Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
