Senior HVAC Engineer (M/F) – Life Sciences Projects – Geel, Belgium

A leading international engineering company specializing in life sciences is seeking a Senior HVAC Engineer to support the development of cutting-edge pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities. This role is part of a dynamic engineering team dedicated to delivering high-quality, technically advanced solutions for cleanroom environments and critical systems.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior HVAC Engineer, your mission will include:

• Designing and performing calculations for HVAC and building services systems

• Analyzing client needs and developing scopes, concepts, and P&ID diagrams

• Preparing equipment datasheets and functional analyses for HVAC and building services systems

• Writing detailed technical and commercial specifications for equipment and installations

• Overseeing design implementation and ensuring compliance during the construction phase

• Incorporating project-specific and client quality requirements into design and execution

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC design, preferably in regulated industries

• Strong knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and simulation tools

• Familiarity with energy efficiency practices and building management systems (BMS)

• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Site-based role in Geel, Belgium
