IT Architect-Strategic Management Consulting up to 150K

Our client is a leading firm in strategic consulting with a new tech hub in Amsterdam. They are dedicated to delivering innovative and reliable software solutions for their industry, with a strong focus on data and technology. To support their ambitious goals, they are investing heavily in their R&D department and are seeking An IT Architect to build an engineering team from scratch.
Your Role
As an IT Architect, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects and migrations, advising colleagues and clients, and creating a working environment focused on performance, efficiency, enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to making a difference. You will work closely with case team members to ensure that client goals are exceeded and facilitate cross-chapter discussions. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring values, company mission and vision, providing clear communication on designs, roadmaps, and company policies, and identifying and implementing the use of modern technologies. You will also review vendor and business proposals with quality assurance.
Qualifications, Desired Skills and Experience:
Your profile
- Proficient in conducting peer-level workshops, effectively facilitating client meetings, preparing CTMs, co-leading a content topic, coaching other project members, and building trust to be perceived as a potential partner by the client.
- Extensive professional experience in professional software development or IT project management using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Comprehensive technical expertise with an overarching understanding of architecture, object-oriented programming languages, database design and systems, component technologies, XML standards, and current technology trends, specifically of digital solutions on mobile devices and legacy environments.
- Extensive experience in assessing IT target architectures in an enterprise environment, component technologies, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience working with No-SQL and SQL databases, along with exposure to big data environments such as Hadoop and Redshift.
- Technical experience in PaaS/IaaS platforms, including Pivotal, Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
