Job Title: SAP PP Consultant
Client Location: Charleroi Region, Belgium / USA
Remote Work Offering: Hybrid – weekly on-site in Belgium. Travel to USA in first 3 months for 3+ weeks.
Client Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Production
Contract Length: 12 months (Rollouts continue into 2027)
Contract Type: Freelance / Contract

Project Focus:
You will support the SAP PP (Production Planning) workstream with integration between SAP and the MES system, Apriso. The focus is on solution design for production execution, shop floor processes and establishing robust integration using IDOCs, APIs, and SOAP web services (no MES coding required). This role ensures SAP PP processes flow seamlessly across both EU and US manufacturing sites.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 7+ years SAP PP consulting
• Proven experience integrating SAP PP with MES systems (preferably Apriso)
• Strong understanding of IDOCs, SOAP, Web Services, API-based integration
• Experience in discrete manufacturing or process industries
• Participation in global template build or multi-site rollout projects
• EU citizenship (required for business travel to USA)
• Willing to travel internationally for Blueprinting, Testing, Training & Go-Live
• Onsite availability in Belgium 2-3 days/week (some flexibility for experienced consultants)

Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week (partial remote possible)

Travel:

• Belgium: 2-3 days onsite weekly (NEGOTIABLE)
• USA: Required for Blueprint, Testing, Training & Go-Live phases

• Travel costs (flight, hotel, per diem for food) fully covered by client

Eligibility: EU citizens only (client provides process for US travel authorization) – preference for Belgian, French and UK citizens from end client.
