Location: Neuchatel, Switzerland

Salary: Negotiable

Our client is a leading Swiss based solar company, operating mainly in the Romandie region, providing photovoltaic solutions to both individuals and prestigious companies. They are now looking to add a Managing Director to lead one of their offices.

What will you be doing?

• You are the first point of contact for the customer.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Management team.
• Streamline workflows and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to installation and customer support.
• Support and oversee projects on-site.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet the company's high standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.

What will you need to succeed?

• Fluent in French, another language will be an extra plus.
• Proven experience in management in the solar field.
• In-depth technical knowledge of solar PV installations, electrical systems, and construction processes.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven sales experience.
