Senior Recruitment Consultant - Contract

Darwin Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant for our client in Zurich.

You will assist in the execution and optimization of all phases of the contract workforce procurement process, including but not limited to sourcing, onboarding, work assignment management, time and cost management, renewal, and offboarding.

General Conditions:

· Start: ASAP / June 2023

· Duration: 9 Months (extension or internalization possible)

· Contract type: temporary

· Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite

· Location: Zurich

Your Responsibilities:

· Act as a partner to hiring managers and advise them on their needs and a compliant setup for standard contractors (from procurement to termination)

· Handle all inquiries related to the full lifecycle of contractors (from procurement to termination as well as renewals)

· Work with HR managers and vendors to address project/external staffing needs and ensure external staff are classified correctly/compliantly

· Maintain and enhance successful partnership with vendors

· Assist in the development and implementation of SLAs and KPIs for a successful temporary workforce program

· Escalation management related to the standard contractor lifecycle from both the business and vendors

· Collaborate with business, procurement and other stakeholders in the creation and tracking of purchase orders

· Apply risk management strategies to manage risk across various types of external workforce solutions and third-party vendors

· Provide support on projects

Your Expertise:

· Very strong knowledge of contract recruiting

· Experience with staffing agencies (contracting) and experience in large organizations is a plus

· Experience managing multiple stakeholders, requests/requests simultaneously in a fast-paced, demanding environment

· Ability to adapt to change and execute in a timely manner

· Hands-on personality who likes to keep track of everything in different tools and files

· Solid knowledge of CH leasing regulations

· Fluency in English, German is an advantage
