Bring the Future to Life

As an SAP S/4HANA expert, you will play a key role in:

• Developing and implementing S/4HANA transformation strategies for energy companies.
• Leading (or contributing to) complex transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Analyzing business processes and providing strategic guidance for the implementation of S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Production Planning).
• Designing and delivering best-in-class solutions for optimizing and automating core energy industry processes, leveraging innovative SAP technologies (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, Ariba, mercateo, ivalua).
• Expanding our expertise in SAP architecture, technology, and cloud solutions.
• Developing and delivering customer-centric service offerings that leverage data-driven business models.

Your Expertise

• Proven experience in digital transformation projects within the energy sector, with a focus on at least one of the following areas: SAP S/4HANA (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Customer Service, Project Management, Warehouse Management), IT architecture, IT transformation, and data management.
• In-depth understanding of energy company business processes, including accounting, procurement, sales, and asset management.
• Expertise in translating technical concepts into operational processes through effective design.
• Experience in project management, business development (including service offering creation and marketing), and client acquisition.
• A passion for combining technological expertise with strategic analysis and successful implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, agility, and a results-oriented approach.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in German and English.
